Instant Issue

Our suite of Instant Issue policies provides insurance for a wide range of standard conveyancing risks. These include common title defects, such as the lack of legal rights of way or consents to extend or alter a building, and search indemnities for local, environmental and chancel enquiries.

Cover applies to all residential and commercial properties where the use has not changed in the last 12 months, up to an indemnity limit of £2.5 million. Higher levels of cover can be achieved under bespoke policies.

Instant Issue policies work in the way that their name suggests. They can be issued ‘instantly’ by practising solicitors and conveyancers from our Policy Pack or on our Online system.
