Risks outside Instant Issue
If you are unable to satisfy the Instant Issue criteria or require cover for new-builds, developments or any other risks which are not covered by Instant Issue policies, contact our underwriting team. One of our legally-trained and experienced underwriters will draw up the best policy to suit your needs.
We are able to offer limits of indemnity in excess of £100 million for a wide range of residential, industrial and commercial premises, including offices, shops, hotels, development sites and agricultural land.
