Guaranteed Conveyancing Solutions was founded in 1998 and is based in Heathfield, East Sussex. More than a decade ago, we pioneered the introduction of Instant Issue policies, enabling conveyancers to arrange cover instantly for a wide range of common title defects without the need to refer to underwriters. Since then we have continued to find ways of enhancing our products and the levels of service we can offer.

5th Edition Plus

Our 5th Edition Plus Pack of Instant Issue policies is the latest example of our dedication to continuous product development and improvement; and we have now made the entire range of our Instant Issue policies available for viewing, creating and down-loading on-line - with instant quoting and ordering facilities. The comprehensive range of insurance products and high levels of service we provide have enabled us to build strong relationships with our professional clients and ensure a leading position within the conveyancing industry.
